Pricing and Availability

• High season (July /August):  from £1,300 per week
• Mid season (May / June / September):  from £900 per week
• Off-peak season (April / October):  from £600 per week
• Low season (November - March): from £450 per week

Rental Prices are inclusive of the following:

• Fully equipped and furnished villa and/or apartment
• All services (water, electricity)
• Linen change
• Detailed information pack
• Full villa/apartment management

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance plus £200 (Euro 300) breakage / damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

Further Details

Linen is changed once per stay, all linen provided, just bring beach towels. The pool will be cleaned at least twice a week, and the garden is attended to once a week.
