Rental Prices are inclusive of the following:

• Fully equipped and furnished villa and/or apartment
• All services (water, electricity)
• Linen change
• Detailed information pack
• Full villa/apartment management

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance plus £200 (Euro 300) breakage / damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

Further Details

Linen is changed once per stay, all linen provided, just bring beach towels. The pool will be cleaned at least twice a week, and the garden is attended to once a week.
